About Me

My background is in HR. I have worked in Manufacturing and in Financial Services with IT staff and Sales and Marketing environments. Latterly I was HR Director for Prudential Holborn.

I have worked independently or with Associates for a number of years delivering 1:1 coaching as well as facilitating team and/ or MBTI focused events. Based in St Albans, I often work in London or Hertfordshire, but also work with clients around the country. I have worked with large and small clients including:
